As a project supervisor, Brandon Jung has been working with Southern Exteriors for over 20 years. He bought this house in a great location in Stone Mountain, GA, with the intent of renovating, restoring, and reselling. With Southern Exteriors, he has a partner he trusts to manage the entire exterior renovation, including the siding, roofing, gutters, windows, and doors.
The siding hadn’t been replaced since 1999 and the window seals were cracked and eroding, which was causing astronomical electric bills due to the home not being energy efficient. We replaced all the windows and siding, creating a renewed and more energy-efficient home.
When the Blakely’s found their dream home on Lake Jackson, they knew they were going to want to put some work into the exteriors. The ceiling in my garage was leaking and no one seemed to know why. After getting the run around I decided to call Southern Siding with no confidence that my issue will be resolved. The roofer came out and assessed the issue immediately and fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He was also very professional and not a drip of water has found its way in garage since. I would highly recommend and appreciate the skilled roofer I was blessed with.
I had a shutter blow off of my house during a recent storm. I wasn’t able to replace it myself because it was on the second floor and I didn’t have an extension ladder long enough to reach that high. I called Southern Siding to see if they could help me, since they had done such a good job for me several years ago when I needed my roof replaced after a hailstorm. They worked me into their busy schedule and had my shutter back up on my house in no time! I would recommend Southern Siding to anyone needing a new roof, siding, or shutters.
